World's biggest Coffee Morning

On Monday 27th September, Baraka partnered with the wonderful library and one stop centre staff at the Garforth Library to take part in the world's biggest coffee morning. 

Baraka gave a £1 donation to MacMillan Cancer support charity for every hot drink we sold between 10.30am - 12.30pm. We also took any loose change in people's pockets as donations.

It was the first charity event with the Leeds City council and I'm sure we'll do it again. Garforth has 2 Macmillan funded cancer support people working in the area. If you would like more information then do get in touch with the One Stop Shop at the Garforth library.
